Policy – Terms & Conditions

The equipment hired remains the property of Cuprum Ltd.

By hiring any equipment from us you agree to take good care of the equipment and in the event of any loss or damage, other than that covered by the carriers who deliver the equipment, you agree to fully reimburse us for the full value of the hired equipment.

The hire period begins on the day following our carriers first attempt at delivering the equipment and the equipment must be returned to our premises within two working days after the end of your hire period.

Carriage will be charged at cost to the customer in addition to the published hire fee.

The equipment must be checked on arrival and we must be notified within six hours of any damage in transit.

Every item included in the hire must be returned to us including all hoods, filters and protective packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse to hire equipment without giving reason. Address and other checks will be carried out prior to sending out any equipment and credit card details will be retained until the equipment has been returned in good condition.

If any equipment fails to arrive on time or fails in service our liability is limited to the amount paid by the hirer for hire of the equipment.

Equipment can only be hired to people over eighteen years of age.
